www.srisabarimedicals.in an internet-based portal and “Sri Sabari Medicals”, a mobile application, (hereinafter together be referred to as “Website") is run, operated and maintained by Sri Sabari Medicals (hereinafter to be referred as “Pharmacy”or “We” or “Our” or “Us” or”Concern”), a sole proprietary concern, having its address at Plot No: 18, Shop No:1 to 5, Shanthi Nikethan, Madambakkam Main Road, Chennai 600126, and website - www. srisabarimedicals.in.
For the purpose of these Terms, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your” or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses, uses or subscribes to our Website, agrees to become a buyer on the Website or avails or offers to avail any of our services.

Pharmacy reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or refuse to provide You with access to the Website if it is brought to Company’s notice or if it is discovered that You are under the age of 18 years. You shall not have more than one active Account on the Website. Additionally, You are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring Your Account to another party.
2. Medical Disclaimer
The content and services provided by Sri Sabari Medicals, including but not limited to medication descriptions, health information, and customer support, are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our website and support staff do not provide medical advice, nor do we diagnose or treat medical conditions. Prescription medications will only be dispensed upon receipt and verification of a valid prescription issued by a licensed medical practitioner. You must not self-prescribe or misuse any medication obtained through our platform. Misuse can result in serious harm or legal consequences. Our services are not intended for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, you must call emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
3. Prescription Requirement
In order to purchase drugs and pharmaceutical products that require a valid prescription, You are required to upload a scanned copy of the valid prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) licensed in India on the Website. The prescription must be legible and not older than 1 week and should clearly mention the patient’s name, the prescriber’s details, and the drug details. By submitting a prescription on the Website, you hereby grant consent to process your personal and health information contained in the prescription for the purpose of fulfilling your order and for such other purposes as mentioned in the Terms and Privacy Policy. If you are submitting a prescription on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have the necessary authority to contract with the Website on behalf of the other individual and provide such information and consent on behalf of such other individual. You acknowledge that the invoice for the Products will be issued in the name of the person listed on the prescription. The Retail Pharmacies, with respect to any drugs or pharmaceutical products, may dispense only those quantities as are specified in the prescription. We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and reject orders that do not comply.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, including purchasing medications or managing prescriptions, you must first create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including but not limited to: Full Name, Date of Birth, Valid Email Address, Phone Number, Residential Address, Medical and Prescription Information (if required),Valid Government-Issued ID (in jurisdictions where applicable).You agree to promptly update your account details if there are any changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each individual is permitted to register only one account unless otherwise approved. Duplicate accounts may result in suspension or termination. All information provided during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, particularly if: False or misleading information was provided, unauthorized or illegal use of the account and Terms and Conditions or applicable laws are violated.
5. Product Information and Pricing

However, we cannot guarantee that all information will be error-free or reflect the most current medical guidance. All medicines are dispensed by licensed pharmacies under the supervision of registered pharmacists as mandated by Indian law.
6.2 Prescription Requirements
For medicines listed under Schedule H, H1, or X, the following conditions apply:
A valid prescription issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) is mandatory.
The prescription must be Issued within the last 7 days, Legible and contain the doctor’s name, registration number, and signature and Uploaded at the time of placing the order.
We reserve the right to verify prescriptions and contact the prescribing doctor, if necessary.
We will not fulfill any order for prescription drugs without proper documentation.
6.3 User Responsibility
By using our platform, you agree that:
You will only purchase medications for personal, legal, and therapeutic use.
You will not misuse, resell or distribute any product purchased from our website.
You will comply with all laws applicable to the possession, use, and purchase of pharmaceuticals in India.
All information provided by you (including personal, medical, and prescription details) is true, complete, and lawful.
6.4 Drug Substitution
In accordance with pharmacy regulations, we may substitute a brand-name medication with an equivalent generic version, unless you or your physician specifically request otherwise.
7. Orders, Payment, and Delivery
By placing an order on Sri Sabari Medicals, you agree to the following terms regarding order processing, payment, and delivery of pharmaceutical and healthcare products. Orders can be placed through our website or mobile app by registered users. Once your order is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. The order confirmation does not constitute a binding contract until the product is dispatched.
7.1 Payment Terms
All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) using approved payment methods:
UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD) (where available)
Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
For COD orders, you must make full payment upon delivery. We reserve the right to restrict COD for specific products or users.
7.2 Delivery and Shipping
We deliver orders through trusted third-party logistics providers across serviceable locations in and around Chennai. The orders will be delivered between few hours to 1 business day depending on your location and product availability. Shipping may be delayed due to: Regulatory approvals (e.g., prescription verification) ,Stock shortages, Public holidays or local restrictions or in rare cases, we may cancel or split orders based on availability.
Shipping Charges:
1.Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain value (e.g., ?499). 2.Orders below the threshold may include a standard delivery charge (displayed at checkout).
7.3 Delivery Confirmation
A delivery confirmation (via SMS/email or delivery app) will be provided once the order is successfully delivered. You or an authorized recipient must be available to receive the order. In some cases, an ID proof may be required (especially for prescription drugs).
7.4 Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to your unavailability or incorrect address: Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery up to [2] times. If still unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled and returned. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
7.5 Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch. Prescription medicine orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch due to regulatory reasons. We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to Non-compliance with prescription laws ,Payment issues, Product unavailability and Delivery address outside our serviceable area.
8. Returns and Refunds
Prescription medicines and Non Prescription Items are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of: Wrong product delivered, Damaged product or Expired product at the time of delivery. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and we comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to: Misrepresent personal or medical information ,Upload fake, expired, or invalid prescriptions, Use the Platform to order medications for resale or misuse and Attempt unauthorized access or cause harm to the Platform or its users.
10. Intellectual Property, Trademarks and Copyrights
All trademarks, including names, logos, graphics, page headers, button icons, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”), displayed on this website are either registered or unregistered trademarks of Sri Sabari Medicals. No content on this website should be interpreted as granting any license or permission to use these trademarks without prior written approval from Sri Sabari Medicals.
The use of Sri Sabari Medicals’ trademarks in any way that could cause customer confusion or damage the reputation of Sri Sabari Medicals is strictly forbidden.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Sri Sabari Medicals or its content and product suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
