RETURN POLICY, REFUND, CANCELLATION AND SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

At Sri Sabari Medicals, we are dedicated to accurately fulfilling orders on time based on prescriptions and ensuring that all medicines and products are delivered in perfect condition, free from any damage. We take great care in every step of the process to maintain quality and reliability.
We also highly recommend that customers check their items at the time of delivery to confirm accuracy and condition.

Returns
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health safety regulations in India, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for medicines, health supplements, and other consumables once the order is delivered. However, exceptions may be made if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect, and you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. To be eligible for return, such products must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.

Cancellation Policy
Customer cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within one hour of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is no longer possible.
Sri Sabari Medicals cancellation:
There may be instances where Srisabarimedicals’ partners are unable to accept or fulfill certain orders, which may need to be cancelled. Reasons for such cancellations can include unavailability of the product, insufficient stock for the quantity ordered, or inaccuracies in pricing or product information provided by our partners. Srisabarimedicals also reserves the right to cancel orders identified as ‘Bulk Orders’ based on specific criteria. An order may be considered a ‘Bulk Order’ if it appears to be intended for commercial resale rather than personal use, involves multiple orders of the same product to the same address, includes large quantities of a single item, contains invalid address details, or is placed using any form of malpractice. No cancellation charges will apply to orders cancelled under these conditions in accordance with this policy.
